Can anyone tell me what to expect in a psychometric test and during interview in EY? Cos they are calling me for the test as well as the interview. Thank you.

May I ask, from Mid-tier firm (Crowe Horwath) to Big 4 with 3 years of experience(Senior), will they disregard my experience?
Also, will they downgrade my position if I were to apply to Big 4 as I plan to move to EY. Thanks in advance! |
