My results are not so good but I got 1 year experience in tax in BDO. I wish to apply and change to audit in Big 4. Is my chances of getting the job there as junior level high?

If I join a small tax firm and work there for let's say 3 months, will Big 4 considers it as an experience? Cos I am afraid if the tax firm is too small, then they won't consider it as an experience as they are gap in office procedures (eg small firms are more informal).
