Being a little money minded here but can anyone with experience help verify this info:
Audit assistant (1-2yrs) - RM 2700-3500 Senior auditor (3-5 yrs) - RM 4000-6000 Manager (6-8 yrs) - RM >6000 Director (10yrs?)
Is this the general hierarchy within the audit department in the big 4? Are the years taken to reach promotion for the average worker or for a high flyer?

To work in the Big 4, is an excellent command of English both written and spoken sufficient? Is there a need for Bahasa or Mandarin? Do these give any advantage?

Are audit fresh grads without ACCA still on RM2,700? I got an offer to join later in the year but I thought there was a salary adjustment.

To those with experience, how would audit experience in the financial services industry compare to that of other industries? What sort of exit opportunities would it provide?
I would be interested to join a bank/insurance company in the future. Do auditors commonly move to audit manager -> finance manager posts in a bank? I assume other opportunities would be accounting/ internal audit/ compliance roles.
