Go sg
Don need thnk much
In my u can't save much as living costs super high unless u from kl
KL might have higher salary..but the living standard is high too.

Maybe could gain some experience here and work in Sg...or just straight to Sg Big4 biggrin.gif

U not necessary get alot exposure even u work
In big 4
And u work in sg medium firm for 2 years also can switch to big 4 in sg. U might waste a year but if u have 2 years exp in big 4 my, not necessary will get same pos and might down grade also.

When this 2 options have similar outcome, u have to consider how much u can save during this 2 years.
Let's say both side u can save 500 in own currency. U can sve double in sg
*
how to say..
if u really wish to work in Sg, better go there earlier. need time to adapt the environment. plus, as the above said u might have a downgrade in ur position as well.

there r actually pros and cons of working in big4...depends on how u see it
con: get old faster!!

okok.. but may i know how long is the duration for the bus to reach deloitte??

By the way, im going to join for deloitte tax, but which part would you think it would be the best to develop??
like corporate tax, global employee services and indirect tax. i m appreciate for your help. tq
i'm not too sure how long it takes to get there by bus.
u've to try it urself.

for me, i think it is corporate tax for beginners. u would get a hands-on about the corporate and individual tax computation (at least, it is not as narrow as GES and indirect tax). once u get the experience, then u could switch to other areas.

have u applied for other big4, than Deloitte? or you have already gone for the interview and secure a job there?

ok, i'm not sure whether they can switch me to corporate tax or not as that day she was telling me for GES. Actually, i got my intern at DFK oledi. just my lecturer ask me go to Deloitte interview for experience. yup, Deloitte are offering me a intern position.
*
Oh. u may try interview at Deloitte and compare the 2.
If u have an intern experience in Deloitte n do well, they might consider u as a permanent staff or easier to go for other big4 in future. Then, u may ask for transfer in future. smile.gif
Well, this is my opinion only.
