In oversea (especially western countries), auditing is purely audit work.
In Malaysia, auditing is audit + everything else. Just see how we treat our maid you will get a rough idea.

Hi, I need some advices from seniors here.

Im fresh graduate, is it good to start work in a small or medium audit firm for about 1 year first before applying a job in big 4s or straight away apply a job in big 4s? This is because I want to get some exposures on how the audit works actually like since I dont hav intern program in my degree course. Through this, I think the experience will help me to mentally n physically prepared for the works in big 4s.

No such thing, I applied even before sitting my degree's final exams. Got the offer before my results is out. The offer is mostly standard, but you'll get around rm200 more if you have finished your professional exams or in the case of my friend, got offered rm200 more because she had first class honours.

Life is cruel especially at the top.
If a junior cannot sustain such a beating then can forget about making it to the top. Sounds harsh but its fair.
The senior will also be assessed on their leasdership and coaching skill but that doesnt justify that the junior can too.
Making mistakes are extremely normal, its expected. But bouncing back from mistake requires guts.

Depends on their quantity demand of labourers, and depends on the quantity supply of labourers to them.

What's the criteria of being employed by Big4? CGPA 3.66 can ah?
Depends on the demand and supply. If they don't need any demand, why must they hire you? If there are plenty of people who are higher than you, why must they hire you?

Is CGPA 2.5 considered too low to join Big4?
Depends on their demand and supply. If they need any Tom, d*** & Harry who are willing to work, no problem. Timing must be right to see whether their demand meets your supply.

Are the interviewer's questions hard? How should I answer them?
It boils down to demand and supply. If they need people, no matter how hard the questions are, and no matter how lousy you answer is, so long your supply meets their demand, no problem. That's why HR doesn't really tell you how you performed during your interview or whatever just-for-show test.

I think everything boils down to "demand and supply". Don't bother what those HR said. They crap out of a reason just like how we write our analytical review.
