JUST CALL. if they ask why, u can use the reason of 'I have another offer on hand and I need to make decision as to choose btw deloitte and  XX firm now" ... something like that
*
great. i just emailed the HR and will definitely call the manager after this. really keen on the result as that is the only bright way on changing field.

well i guess the way we react to the interview questions and be natural is the most important part. i laughed a lot with the interviewers last time. telling you the truth, my cgpa is not that great.

I personally think that some firm not so mainly on academic result, there are more to value on your command of english. You speak an excellent english, the higher chances to get in. That's just merely my thought.  smile.gif
*
yeah, thats true. i believe thats the reason why they conduct the english essay and grammar test. plus there's no chance to speak in malay with the interviewer. smile.gif

most likely Deloitte or KPMG as primary choice first

as theyre near to my place

but E&Y and PWC is also in my checklist. actually, the top 10s have to be in my checklist

dont think i got good enough qualification sad.gif

Does anyone have any idea on Deloitte's assesment (English MCQ, IQ Test)
Some related information / insight information are much appreciated and needed !
*
what kind of info? during my time the essay requires a minimum of 200 words, and the topic is on Change or something iinm. and theres a grammar test, and the last one is the IQ test.

What is the english test about? grammer? like those we used to sit in primary school? or somewhat similar to verbal reasoning test?

And what is tested in the IQ test? what kind of question they ask?

Thanks wei
*
its just a simple english grammar test, something like fill in the blanks and choosing a correct word sort of thing and it is mcq for sure. the iq test normally includes number sequence and a few common iq questions. the only challenge of all of the test is the time actually, as you will be struggling to finish it in the short duration given.

awh ic, thanks for the info.
Did you manage to finish it on time? Or we are compulsory to finish it within the time limit?

I got an email asking me to go their head office to do these assessment but nothing about interview or being interviewed. So should be expecting an interview later on after the assessment?

Btw, hows life in deloitte
*
i don't know bout you, but i do have an interview with managers right after i finish my assessment. well life here is great so far, but it really depends on what dept are you in. just pray for good colleagues.
