Well, Sometimes, you would just need to be patience..i mean, true that they make mistakes but, if you deal with their mistakes in the correct ways then fine... ive seen some senior who make the hell out of everything and end up making the junior , you know go through the lowest esteem of their life.. some time their talent just needs brush ups like rusted metals... =) for me, i would just explain properly and not go on rage with them =)
