Memang I didnt ask him. Because I still newbie play Nintendo Wii. Its salesman job to tell his customer about the condition of the item that he want to sell.If he didnt deposit back my money,the money will jadi HARAM. Its up to him if he want deposit back or not. It's no use I keep the game even he didnt gave my money back. 

from smses that u attached, it seems like there r a contradiction. he did sms u its NTSC-US rite? so how come u didnt ask?
