Just for someone who din get the drillz from the video:

The reason of FALLOUT3 being selected and Homura's sprites is used in game is due to, the nature VATS system of FO3 most similar with HomeRun's Time Stop~~

I actually liked how the right most guy dressed, it is not disgusting, but yet you can instantly recognize him for cos-ing Mami~~

+1, looks like someone does not able to differentiate between similarity and total copycat.

Can roughly generalize those which are similar, nevertheless, every art(except dupes) is unique, thus, should appreciate its beauty, even if it does not fit your preferred taste.
