Hey, just a bit of comments on your photostream. hehehe, hopefully a constructive one.

-for the car show, maybe you can try using a CPL. some cars' glass are reflecting too much.
-don't be afraid to zoom out, 18MP has a lot of cropping potential in post-processing later on if you are not confident with the composition that you are getting when shooting.
-try getting a diffuser for the flash.
