i think i can save up my batt on darky's coz i seldom put down the phone... hahah
test the battery first and give a review k..

You should not have any noticeable lag if you apply the lagfix, but if you applied the lagfix, then make sure that logfile is not written on your external SD unless you have a fast external sd.
Go to market and search and install sgs tool. BUT you must have root access. What version are you using for your SGS? 2.1 or 2.2?

i tested both.. n both doesnt need lagfix to be applied. plus u can disable voodoo if u dont want althou Darky's come with voodoo auto enable.

stock kernel is ok.. but ppl here want CWM be there as well.. and for me none of it will bring harm as long u follow all the instruction given.

im not a linux guy and i believe most of us here not even part of it either.. but we all share the same interest : we LOVE experimenting

3.0.1 does come with voodoo kernel as mention on 1st page.
but u can disable it by creating a folder name "disable_lagfix" in "voodoo" folder located in ur internal sdcard

I'm using Darky's WITHOUT enabling voodoo.   without Voodoo enabled, Darky's rom is flying. So as Doc.. lagfix is not needed nowadays. we use these kernels because we need CWM

alright. If u don wan Voodoo to convert to ext4, create the disable lagfix folder b4 flashing I noticed a bit draining on battery. not sure if it's XXJPU or Darky (or was it me playing with the phone all the while ) But quite a number of ppl sayin batt is good with Darky

alright, have fun with tat Voodoo chick. U'll be happy wif her voices   I din do a clean guide. I tried the easy one, works for me   too lazy to do the clean one(suits my dirty mind )

changing lock screen wallpaper only works with Samsung default puzzle piece lockscreen. Darky doesn't use that. unless u use the sammy one

see!! i told u the batt shud be vertical!

if only theme on Doc is vertical i MIGHT flash rite now n use vukandric theme ... so lets party with Darky for awhile
