pls lodge MCMC report at aduan.skmm.gov.my

tell them the story..i lodged and get back my speed in 3-4days .. hopefully wont get cap. downloaded xxgb since last night ...

if MCMC never solve the problems by 1 week or 7working days , lodge another report on public complaint bureau at www.pcb.gov.my for MCMC inefficiency ... PCB reply my complaint in 5working days and its done

if u say ur english or malay is bad , and lazy to lodge , then nvm then...that's ur problems

i dunno about that

wat i knw is , after i lodged report , TM called me yesterday and i get back full speed..i will keep on report if TM cap again after this .. if MCMC failed to response, i report to public complaint bureau .... PCB called me and my things done !

pm-ed ... wait for 5working days ... or worst , 7working days..if no solution ,go to pcb.gov.my ..lodge a report and giv them ur MCMC report no. tell them MCMC never get back to u and u r getting pathetic speed...use rude wording .....

MCMC report pls..

i think we need to gather all MCMC report lodged which include the content of the report and the report no.

why so troublesome ? if no confidence on MCMC , report to PCB 7days after MCMC escalated ur complaint to TM .... Be smart ... Public Complaint Bureau is another platform to complain government servant inefficiency ...

check ur phone line... my splitter got problems and problems solved after changed.report to mcmc...ranting wont help

face the reality pls

i get my case done... i lodged a report to PCB.gov.my

and its done ... now full 4mbps speed...

u need to knw the effective way to complain... if u alwaz think that complaint to skmm and pcb is useless , then u will be capped forever... think of solution... no point making urself upset... solve the problems
