haha..i am wondering whether tmnut got such technology to cap users.....
 May be they are currently screw up with some unsolvable technical stuff and try to act pro  telling everybody they are managing the traffic... |

I can accept heavy users on BT should be banned cause they are blood suckers....but i just cant accept direct download is being capped too..... Pls stop the registration of new user until u are able to handle the traffic....
