From Puchong, seemed like some users are still capped until yesterday. Hopefully, the caps will be lifted...

I am not sure about mine though. Although the internet has been uncap, I can dl with max speed now, I found that I am not able to link to any torrent properly. Before the capping, I can download from any torrent with a speed up to 450kbps but now I can't even get more than 50kbps. Not sure if there are any problem with router setting, would appreciate it if anyone could offer a screenshot of what to set in Innacomm router.
