It's time to realize that there is nothing more any of these CS guys can do because the total available bandwidth is not enough for everyone to use. Even if they lift your cap (for like 1 hour) to make you stop complaining, it's at the expense of another user being further capped for 1 hour. Then IF this user complains, they MIGHT do the same thing to him again. The only viable solution is to upgrade the capacity.

If any of you TM defenders want to lecture me in regards to how our country is so different that we shouldn't be complaining about the internet, prove me wrong with facts and data.

Because the one that comes up with the report is TM itself. They are one of the most highly trained professionals in the world of self-induced hypnosis. They do not only create positive claim, they actually believed it!

Managed to call 100 and asked the lady to refresh my port, and i'm getting this speed right now(for 512kbps package):

Not quite as good as my usual 0.52Mbps but at least this is tolerable. I know that this might just be the honey moon effect after port reset. After the system detected 'there is still one port uncapped!', perhaps my line will be capped again. For this reason, i specifically asked the CS to open a report, but not to send any technician here, and also asked her not to cap my speed anymore. One tip for you guys if you wanna regain temporary speed: talk to CS politely and follow whatever stupid instructions they throw on you. This might just work as it worked for me. If you're still getting shitty speed, request a report number and file a complaint to CFM.

Update on my connection: Good for a few hours, when i just checked my speed on Speedtest, capped to 0.16Mbps again. I think the system is excellent in terms of catching uncapped users. Holy Sh!t.

Just a quick check to see who has actually lodged a complaint to CFM? I'm thinking to lodge one tomorrow since i have the report number ready and know exactly how they do things. When you call and complain they refresh your port to 'relax' you for like 3-4 hours before the system catches you again.
