I just borrow my neighbour wifi and he used 175.xx.xx.xx ip, with speed up to 4MB ++ uncapped

Those who have your connection capped, what is your ip range
I am at my friend house with 60.51.xx.xx ip but there is no cap, my house which use 175.xxx.xxx.xxx having seriously capped |
