as i see... no matter what package u using, standard dl speed available is around 25kbps , can go lower as >10kbps on peak hours.

i just saw unifi ad on tv. they promoting hard on gaming, and video purpose. they put all those young ppl telling how rockin unifi is laugh.gif i wonder if they really deliver since look at us now. we are crying hard. i guess if tm shut down internet business we will be crying harder??

its just no use, streamyx just had a very bad reputation since the start. i guess millions of complain make them tough like concrete and steel. try any guns it wont break. the CS people are also trained well to memorize specific lines to tell you already..
Despite daily waves of angry customers, they sure tend to fend off and ignore. so why they dont fear they will suffer a loss? monopoly ma.. nothing to fear, customer always here.. laugh.gif

even mass multiplayer game host can upgrade their bandwidth to support millions of players all around the world...
its funny tm net cant accomplish this. so many years already. maybe its different for isp i dont know..
whatever it is, they should have improvement yearly. what they did is just open up more and more packages to for ppl to subscribe but always fail to deliver. sweat.gif sad.. doh.gif

Just got mine streamyx on Sunday. Currently using VPN to my office in KL (which use leased line) to bypass cap. Working ok so far.
