yeah.. because they other half is fair user and not heavy user they wont event notice about cap. what i sees here those fair user didnt even complaint or border about the speed since they use internet for surfing mainly if not they would be called heavy user like us. its wierd tm use excuse to allocate fair usage to all but it already balanced what i can see pass this years unless they actually wanna cap streamyx speed to make room for other plan such as unifi or other they working on.

get what i mean??

actually i just feel so frustrated with all this since i just subscribe 4mb plan 2months ago and what i get is less speed then my previous p1 broadband. sigh..

malaysia seems to be like all democracy but the truth is we all live in dictatorship.
