Max torque : 205 Nm at between 2000 and 4000 rpm.

It doesn't make sense to spend money on developing larger engines, when competitors are going to focus on increasing efficiency of engines.

To increase the efficiency of an engine, one way is to put turbocharger.

BMW does this. VW does this. Ford does this.

Spec sounds good, from Proton.

I just need to know the reliability.

Wait for Proton Tuah concept to become Persona replacement model

I asked a few guys who manned Proton booth.

- Persona should be replaced, because by 2012, it will be 5 years old

- Engine wise, concentrate on increasing efficiency, i.e turbocharging

- Perdana market is too small, and people who usually able to buy cars at Perdana price range would rather go for imports
