MO and Shang always overbook, yet other department does other department job at a very minimal. This is not even not enough staff....this is enough staff....but our job scope is to do all that. Its like....everything is in a hay wire situation and the management says its our own pasal. If we complain staff meal kena warning letter. Imagine that.
