http download still bearable for me...but hell no to torrent
where is my150-180 kb/s download speed?

no wonder le.. i dowload tvb show max only 30k from 160k previously..
So when will back to normal ah?

@blue: what you want me to download now. HAHAHA I HAVE NOTHING TO DOWNLOAD. erhh. D: everything i dl is in torrent. when it started?!! I NEVER KNEW =O
oh wait i dl my notes see.

and here I'm thinking when I go back home I can download all my list-to-download stuff cuz now using wireless away from home

If you download anime and those popular stuff sure no problem one lor.. got local seeds ma..

i think is not bout the capping issue
cos in task manager
my network utilisation is below 1%
just 0.xx to 0% only
this happen more frequent than laz time

2 weeks ago.. HTTP downloads I mean like hotfile, rapidshare, etc lol
