for standard version there's no difference right.
I preferred R1 disc because it is more durable than the R3's (disc cracked - you can refer
here ) ...although R1 disc also have the risk, but the R3 disc is more riskier...
Other than that, DLC for R1 mostly released earlier than the R3's.

man, the mechanical damage really changed the gameplay, after the first corner, everyone becoming either turtle slow or like drunk drivers...
