guys...if i tune my car can i detune it? say remove some parts for lower HP or is it fixed if i mod it and cannot be detune?

guys....i have a g25 and i want to configure 1 of the buttons on my g25 but i cant seems to find the steering config for g25 at all! so which steering setting did you all use on the settings for gt5?

i would like to ask A-SPEC expect. 1 of the race is "Historic Racing Car Cup" where u need to use very powerful old car to race. i dont have the right car for this now. how do we get to buy this car? used section? cant seems to find everytime!
