Met our news writer, Mr.Chapree at Times Square event. Got a few more infos from him regarding the competition:
- time trial best lap at Rome circuit - can select car but must be Mercedes Benz - can change driving options - AT/MT, aids off/on, etc - can choose whether want to use DS3 or steering wheel - they will choose 20 people today and another 20 people tomorrow and will compete again this Sunday - the fastest lap will win the G27 and will be qualified for the Malaysian final - final will be held in January - Sony will held the same competition in other places - Sony Style, etc So, those who missed out this weekend event, can still try out later in other events. Winner for final in January will go to Taipei to represent Malaysia. |

Some GT5 Standard Cars Will Be Upgraded To Premium In the latest issue of Famitsu, GT5 daddy Kazunori Yamauchi has said that at least some of the game’s standard cars will be upgraded to premium via updates. This will bring a more detailed car model, as well as that all important interior view. This is fantastic news as I, along with many others, felt a bit disappointed that some of the top end cars had actually been classed as standard.
