Yep. Try get silver first, you get another car. Then go for gold for another car. To get silver, it's easy. Just make sure you dont have any bronze.

Something like that loh, if he is always hot, he will push the car and make mistakes which can lead to stress as well

Hot = They're driving fast, under pressure and prone to mistake
Cool = Going slow and steady sometimes too slow and prone to get overtaken

my b-spec driver,
barton. cool. moral down when reach level 6. so i create miranda. he's ready to race when miranda reach level 10. what a long rest.
schneider. very hot like montoya. like to cucuk2. currently 100% win.
miranda. name after spaceship in transformer & star trek. middle, but more to cool. eager to race.

normally, on 1st half i just monitor their performance. if to many mistake just push lower pace button. other than that, just let them drive whatever they like. i just keep minimal instruction.

second half, is show time.

how u know whether morale down or not ah?

Good management. Same with my style. Only when 2-3 laps left & if my driver still behind, I ask him to pace up. If not, just let him drive.

BTW, moral down when you keep pushing him to pace up. I keep asking my driver to maintain pace & his moral is soaring high.

i'm such a noob.

my bspec driver performs well. mine was around the middle for cool/hot. even when morale down still can win. give a good car and just let him race and usually no need to give instruction.

a few difficulty - the ferrari challenge and the gallardo. need to upgrade fully. the ferrari is the most difficult for me as im using the 599 not enzo. have to pressure the driver early as to catch up with the enzo. from position 3 all the way pace up even when hot until lead.

just got my DFGT last week but until now only use it, practice using DFGT until i feel confortable using it because after so long using ds3

aku upgrade transmission ferrari ko tu pada yg customizable baru leh menang bergaya.. kene ejas top speed up sket baru leh tapau enzo setan 2 bijik tu. lol. jockey aku ni manja sket, kene bg setting best2 baru nak perform. nati kang aku pulangkan kete ko, kompom tak calar siap anta basuh lagi.
