The first ones were resins. The 2nd one was diecast.

Anyway, I think your FC and toll estimate is on the high side. Even if you drive a 599 GTO, you won't be paying that much for fuel.  biggrin.gif

Depends on what you're after. If you want to collect race cars or many cars with different livery and variations, 1/43 scale is best as they have a lot of variety and most new cars will come out in 1/43 scale faster. For good and reasonable priced 1/43 scale cars, look at Spark. Slightly cheaper would be Minichamps and they also have a lot of variety. I collect Mclaren GT and F1 race cars. So that is why I collect 1/43 scale also. They are also usually cheaper too.

If you only collect very few cars and your collection is very focused, you can put a higher budget and get a nice model. That would be the centerpiece of your display. If you only like a Lambo and nothing else, you can get a 1/12 scale Autoart or 1/18 scale MR resin model with no openings. They are very expensive. A 1/12 scale would be the ultimate is it would be the closest thing of having the real 1:1 car in terms of realism.

My dad's close friend also has a monster 1/1 collection. So while waiting for my new additions to arrive, I shall spam some pics of his collection. Lol

Nice!

Well...the only difference is the styling lo, I suppose. Lol. Don't worry. No quality difference. Some people like the look of the Lorinser kit, some like the Brabus kit.

Bryant: that's some old Mazda. I remember seeing it in his like 10 years ago. He still kept it until now. It's gullwing.

loving you: bro relax! don't let it disheartened you. This model is quite tricky because you didn't fold the roof properly. Even I have trouble folding it properly. So I usually just fold the roof back into the boot.

This model is really tricky .. and that roof patah liaw =.= maybe im too flex.gif when im folding it ? ?
