Anyway, yesterday I dropped by KLCC to check out the Mercedes...thingy(thanks to Roland. Lol) and see what 1/18s they have. I actually wanted to get SLS but they were selling for RM550. So in the end I just have a look at the MC SLS and it looks really good. Sadly they already sold out the silver and monza grey(left black only).

I didn't get the SLS but then I did get this beauty instead.....

Been looking for one on ebay, especially in Silver /w black interior, but can never seem to find it for a decent price. They were selling for RM477..which I believe is probably...RM50 or so overpriced if buying from ebay but I don't really mind.

roland: yeap. the 1/18s are minichamps. not sure about the 1/43 tho. should be minichamps as well I suppose.

bryant: They have the new E, SL, SLS, SLR Roadster...that's the only 4 models I see available in 1/18.

jay: im pretty sure the white lambo in your picture is the LP560.

leroy: bro, I really cannot answer it because I know it's hard to find especially the Red. I didn't buy the California recently. I got in 2009 when it first came out. sorry bro.

but then you can also get the new Elite California "Seal" version. It's RHD and I think it's not too bad. It has the nicer looking rims too...IMO.

derrick: i basically just use very slow shutter speed and "paint" it with a light source like LED torch or smthg like that. i'm also not an expert coz that's basically the second time im trying it. lol.

bryant: you don't need photoshop. like derrick said, if got good lighting its fine. People use photoshop just to enhance the picture or give it some effect only.

derrick: honestly, I'm wondering the same thing as well. Why my hand didn't appear. Lol. Perhaps light painting "expert" can answer.

chan: the lancer/subaru and camry pics looks super realistic!! good job!!

but then, don't need to photoshop lights on...just get LED Light System.

Any background colour also can but I suppose black is popular choice because it's contrasting with the white light. If use white background...hard to see the light.
