Wow, hostile fella over here shakehead.gif You see, some people buy games ALOT but found that the games doesn't suit them, so they give up halfway and sell the games, and some peoples play games just for fun, finished it but not getting any gamerscores (read: Halo series). And YES, some peoples do renew LIVE membership ALOT but doesn't play games much, they just want to join party and killing some times in MP or whatever. So, back at you...

WHAT THE f***? whistling.gif

Well, i thought that this would be a good time to necro this thread.

So this one's for gamers who buy loads but don't necessarily finish their games, you get roughly USD1 back for every new game.

Grab a new game

Stack up your games, rack up the Credits! For every new Xbox 360 game* you play for at least 10 hours, you'll receive 1,000 Rewards Credits. It's just another reason to play a new game - or two, or three!

*10 hours or more of gameplay must be completed within 30 days of disc-based game release. Full games on demand, Indie games, arcade games or other downloaded games do not qualify.

This one's for the achievement whores

• A gamerscore of 3000 - 9,999 makes you a Contender, where you will receive 50 Credits for every US$10 / £6.70 / €8.10 / AU$11.50 / ¥1030 you spend.
• A gamerscore of 10000 - 24,999 makes you a Champion, where you will receive 100 Credits for every US$10 / £6.70 / €8.10 / AU$11.50 / ¥1030 you spend.
• A gamerscore of 25000 - 74,999 makes you a Legend, where you will receive 200 Credits for every US$10 / £6.70 / €8.10 / AU$11.50 / ¥1030 you spend.
• A gamerscore of 75000 or higher makes you a Master, where you will receive 300 Credits for every US$10 / £6.70 / €8.10 / AU$11.50 / ¥1030 you spend.
So.. everyone wins! thumbup.gif

edit:

There's also the boring rewards like punchcards, renewing gold, referring friends etc. but i thought the above was most relevant because it's rewarding us for doing what we were going to do anyway.

Actually legend sounds better than "master". Then again, there are quite a few malaysians/singaporeans with crazy GS(200k+), I'm just a mediocre fish is a small pond sad.gif

@greyshadow it's better than nothing(edit: after all every one's getting GTA V right?), but it shows that at least they're trying to give us better value for our loyalty rather than just giving multiplayer and party chat. They will still need to work hard to earn my bucks for a next-gen gold account, ps+ is still really good value especially if you're invested into the PS ecosystem - ps3, 4 and vita.
