Officially from htc, im not sure.. but AOSP custom gingerbread rom, there's already out... currently im using gingerbread on my phone, same as other desire owner too.

Yes...it's a GOOGLE phone remember...GOOGLE=INTERNET. No Internet, No Jalan. You must have a data plan if u want to use smart phone like Android, otherwise, wasted, just stick to feature phones.

Which rom is the hottest one?

wanna flash from MIUI ROM, I'm too lazy to manage the apps, they are floating everywhere on the homescreen.

Heard from my fren that if one do not have data plan, it can connect to another android phone data plan and use it.

guyz i got a problem... m using digi prepaid.. n got a weekly plan for my desire.. but nowadays.. i jst cannot get connected to internet.. either it jst stucks to connecting.. or keeps on disconnecting very frequently.. any one else having dis problem... m using gingervillian .7. currently...

Turn on wifi hotspot on the data plan phone.

Where got waste I only use wifi and I'm satisfied with the phone

True, I can't do push-emails but I'm not a businessman... besides If I want that BB would be more efficient. I use this phone for games/call/sms/ebuddy/papago gps.../rom meddling...fun enough for me Just dislike lags or long pauses =p
