Type of camera/lens/accesories : DSLR / 18-135mm or 18-200mm (Lens)
Budget: Rm4k - RM4.3k
Your Location: KL
Preferable brand : Canon or Nikon
Type of photography u want to do : From portrait to landscape, day to night blush.gif
Any specific models in mind? : currently research on Canon EOS 60D vs Nikon D7000
Any specific features u want? : mostly on photographing than video

I have done a few reading on 60D n D7000, n whats i found out are : Source
1. 60D auto white balance is not as great as D7000
2. A lens with IS & VR (same item) is recommended..(really?)
3. from GS : 60D = RM2899 (body only), with 18-200mm = Rm4399
Nikon D7000 = Rm3,333 (body only), with 18-105 = rm4166
4. 60D is better in video than D7000
5. D7000 is faster in start up and continuous shooting
Doing more reading atm..... blush.gif

My Q :
1. How would it be for 18-105mm vs 18-135mm vs 18-200mm lens? the higher the wider screen it can capture?
2. What kind of lens should i take if im not taking d c/w lens? (body only)
3. Juz notice both did not come wit IS, n all lens out in d market has IS feature embedded?
4. A great detail comment on both DSLR would be great o any info to read up is appreciated smile.gif

Getting a mixed review from reading, hope forumer here can advice based on ur experience. TQ icon_rolleyes.gif

Your Q -

1. 18 means widest end, all equally wide, 105 means zoom end. 18 means the widest it can go, 135 is the zoom end.
2. Tamron 17-50? Sigma 17-70? I can name alot, but it depends on your style of shooting.
3. Not all lens have IS/VR/VC built in yes.
4. Great detail? Google it  smile.gif

Frankly for that kinda budget, I rather go for something lesser in terms of pricing, but getting more lens/flash in return.

Thank you very much for your feedback, n would u mind post some built/combination to get d best out of 4k?
