I have been reading a lot of reviews regarding both DSLRs mentioned. The only thing that most people agree on is that the D5100 has a better ISO performance (some says it has better image quality) whereas Canon has superior video mode. More importantly: IM TOTALLY NEW TO DSLRs. Thanks. I'm somewhat in a hurry to get a DSLR, so I would appreciate a fast reply/opinion.
