Guys, i cant seem to Connect (WinBox) to my RB750G after plugging in my Ethernet cable to all ports. Whats happening =X

Assuming you've downloaded WinBox from:
Attached Image

Connect your PC to either port 2/3/4/5 only (port 1 default as WAN port), run WinBox and click on the radio button to search your RB750G:
Attached Image
wait for few second, you should see the RB750G mac address appear, select and click connect to proceed.

the factory default logon is "admin" password is blank.

Note: set your PC to obtain IP automatically

I wanna ask! UniFi finally wanna start their installation in the condo i'm staying in. i received two emails, one regarding my order ID and another one my account info which includes IDs and Passwords for streamyx zone, what shield guard, unifi 5mbps, bla bla bla. The appointment date and time is stated but there's no contacts of the contractors. Will the contractor rang me up before coming for their installation?

Oh, I was referring to the SpeedTest.net result.
If I'm on 110.x I can get around 4.8Mb/s down/up and uTorrent can go around 550kb/s down/up
But once on 175.x can never go near these speed.

Somehow, I got it the other way around .. my electricity just tripped an hour ago and when it came up, my internet was so slow.. I checked the ip range and it was 110.* .. using speedtest.net and checking the sri kembangan server, the ping was quite high and I could only get around 2Mb/s .. so, restarted the BTU everything and now I'm getting 175.* .. everything back to normal speed. BTW, I'm from Sg Buloh .. no idea why we've the opposite..

Wtf.. My UniFi down again... ZzZz

Total Downtime :

(8 - 11 December) down due to major problem on their network.

(13 - 15 December) down due to port at exchange not responding. Call on 14 Dec, technician come my place rectified problem on 15 Dec.

(17 - ? December) down again. What problem this time?

Need me call them up and wait for their technician to come diagnose everytime? They think people too free? This is my 3rd report in 2 weeks..

Conclusion?

Yup .. you need to go to TM own tmpoint and not the vendor's tmpoint. If you're going from screamyx to unifi .. it is considered as upgrade, so, they won't charge you for terminating your screamyx contract early.

The 175.x was really bad before the major breakdown last week, I did some tests just now seem like the 175.x is having similar speed with 110.x, but there were few times I'm still located at Brunei (using SpeedTest).

Also, I noticed that if I use dd-wrt router with vlan.500 tagging (eg, Buffalo WHR-G300N & TP-Link 941ND) to dial-up I tend to get 175.x more often than I use RB750, this is really weir ... blink.gif

Wah, this is really bad .... you should make official complaint to MCMC (fax & email), then call them to explain your case and seek their help.
MCMC doesn't deal with CS and they will normally forward your complaint directly to TM higher level and surely someone will contact you in a day or two.
