Somehow, I got it the other way around .. my electricity just tripped an hour ago and when it came up, my internet was so slow.. I checked the ip range and it was 110.* .. using speedtest.net and checking the sri kembangan server, the ping was quite high and I could only get around 2Mb/s .. so, restarted the BTU everything and now I'm getting 175.* .. everything back to normal speed. BTW, I'm from Sg Buloh .. no idea why we've the opposite..
The 175.x was really bad before the major breakdown last week, I did some tests just now seem like the 175.x is having similar speed with 110.x, but there were few times I'm still located at Brunei (using SpeedTest).
Also, I noticed that if I use dd-wrt router with vlan.500 tagging (eg, Buffalo WHR-G300N & TP-Link 941ND) to dial-up I tend to get 175.x more often than I use RB750, this is really weir ...

Wtf.. My UniFi down again... ZzZz
Total Downtime :
(8 - 11 December) down due to major problem on their network.
(13 - 15 December) down due to port at exchange not responding. Call on 14 Dec, technician come my place rectified problem on 15 Dec.
(17 - ? December) down again. What problem this time?
Need me call them up and wait for their technician to come diagnose everytime? They think people too free? This is my 3rd report in 2 weeks..
Conclusion?
Wah, this is really bad .... you should make official complaint to MCMC (fax & email), then call them to explain your case and seek their help.
MCMC doesn't deal with CS and they will normally forward your complaint directly to TM higher level and surely someone will contact you in a day or two.
