what kind of nonsense is this with Razer service center?
I thought Razer mouse suppose to have 2 years warranty why tell me only 1 year and say my mouse is over warranty |

i send my mouse back to the shop i bought as requested by the service center which is ban leong. then the shop call me back and say the supplier say my mouse only 1 year warranty .. so mine over warranty.. i told them are you sure please ask them to call me and explain what is it stated big big in the warranty policy 2 years then. they say will call and check again

I now Ban Leong covers 2 Years for mouse warranty recently only. Previous year mouse are 1 year from Ban Leong.
Mouse - 2 years (Used to be 1 year warranty i think everything which bought in 2009 or early 2010) If im not mistaken. Mousepad - 3 months Keyboard - 1 year Headset and speakers - 1 year Pro solutions - 1 year. |
