psp quality arent that high also. NFS shift on android is already on par with what psp offers. with tegra 2, we are talking about ps2 quality or more than that i think.

I wonder how much will it be priced at? Dual-core is kinda overkill IMO..

The Optimus 2X, slated for a 2011 release in Asia and Europe, will ship with Android 2.2 (Froyo), but of course, a 2.3 (Gingerbread) update will follow.

Unfortunately you won’t get it with the Optimus Z, at least any time soon, if you’re in America. The phone launches in Korea in January followed by Europe and Asia.

Dual core = double battery drain?

dual core theoretically save battery for heavy user. Ex, single core chips needs to perform 90% for X workload while dual-core maybe need 60% for X workload.

It's just like what jeffvip said, with single processor powering up the entire operations, high power is needed, but with dual processor, the burden is shared, lesser load on each processor, thus the power is lower or at least identical to single processor phone.

definitely won't drain yr battery, in fact, it might save battery as task can be completed much faster than single core.

this phone kinda crazy. i thought the SGS is already fast, but this thing is even FASTER!
