Congratulations to all 3 who got their performance appraisals!

Been reading this thread but not very frequent. What attracts me most is the adversity and all walks of life moving into sg with their clear objective to work there. I'm currently working in an MNC in the IT Industry. thinking of expanding my career in sg. Graduated last year and have been with the co. for close to 7mnths. Like the environment, culture, benefits, salary and experience. Just got my increment as well. Not bad. (Co. revenue one of the highest this year).

Working in the finance dep. & currently overseeing ethics & compliance of the site and exposed to various forms of risk mitigation strategies. Do have strong interest in exploring sg as i belive sg has more to offer in terms of the industry growth rate and career opp.

Forummers pls advice on the prospects if I decide to move to Sg to work thnks!
