As I'll be soon graduate from my degree, and I have not much exposure of the demand of job market in Singapore.

P/s: I'm not undertaking Banking & Finance degree currently but I'm quite interested go into the bank/financial field.

Thanks a lot, GloryKnight!

Phone banking officer? I'm sorry & please correct me if I were wrong. Is phone banking officer similar to customer service operator?

Although I'm quite concern about the pay as I need to repay my study loan + support the family, but I'm also looking into getting a job that is challenging and could equip me with new knowledge and skills that is useful for me.

If phone banking officer is like customer service operator for the banking, I think I would rather comprise with lower pay but more challenging and tough job.

Please advise notworthy.gif

Anyway sorry if my perception (phone banking officer=customer service operator) is wrong, I would appreciate if you could explain more about the job scope or feel free to provide me the links/sites that could let me learn more about it yeah.

Thank you very much smile.gif

People, how's the management trainee program in Singapore? Any renowned companies that take management trainee?

And, I would also like to inquire how often do Singapore companies (be it local or MNC) to take a fresh graduate in & then provide him to further his/her education of the company expenses (of course with bond!)? Is it common? And, what do you guys think the requirements of it?

Thanks! smile.gif
