Since u're working at Shenton Way which is near to Tanjong Pagar MRT, I suggest u stay near green line..west area not too bad..You can consider Clementi, Commonwealth, Queenstown etc as well...Tiong Bahru n Redhill might be more expensive though.. I stay in Clementi, just took 20+ mins MRT to reach Tanjong Pagar ^^

Since i face the same situation like ba5tard before, i gonna share this.

For what i know, after staying in Singapore for 60 days, you need to go back Malaysia and stay there for at least 30 days, that is what the white card stated.

Then again, u can re-enter Singapore after 14 days time. BUT... here is the problem, instead of getting 30 days stay, they will cut it into half, only 14 to 15 days allowed. AND... here is another prob, within that 15 days, you can't extend your stay in Singapore anymore.

I try enter using IPA before and i can tell you this, they dun care shit about your IPA.
So here is my advice, you can stay in Malaysia first, until you are confirm to get your EP in Singapore, then you enter and settle it within 15 days.

u will need to do the medical checkup blood + min-chest Xray then together with the MOM approval letter to submit together to get your EP....

Ive found you get a better selection and fresher fruits from the wet markets. Unfortunately my wet market nearby my place was closed down and replaced with a shen siong supermarket.

Fairprice fruits are quite cheap SGD1.55 for 5 South african apples.
Most of their fruits are quite fresh & have plenty of variety compared to Sheng Shiong

1 word says it all, "people mountain people sea(人山人海)" i went for the Sitex once in EXPO and another 1 in Suntec, all dam freaking crowded. and the worst part is, they got no leng lui model to cuci mata, not like KL, even got a lot people, we still think its worth it co can cuci mata, here so dam crowded and no model... sad case... haha

EP is not IC in Singapore, it's just a work pass, a permit to work.

oh ya, when u wanna recontract phone line or subscribe to anything, they will ask for ur passport also. EP alone is not good enough. like if u go RWS or MBS, even with the EP u can enter casino, but if u wanna apply for their member card, you still need to show the your passport.
