I second that. I drove here before and the parking lots are so small with parking so cramped that I had to reverse park, otherwise difficult to enter and exit the lots.
*
also,

1) make the life of parking warden easier ... but they are slowly being replaced by cash card reader.
2) Eaier to tow your car out of the lot if your auto Front wheel drive car can't start.
3) Your front bumber will hit something on many parking lot here if you park head in. ( unless yours a kancil or QQ)

Singapore telco.

Very general rule of thumb, about 90% or S$8K-9K.

But it really depends on which industry you're working in, size & type of company and whether the job size is really the same. There are simply more regional and global job sizes in Singapore. KL is mainly local/national and maybe some regional.

IT field...even just 85% of my current pay, they still claimed too high for them..haha.

Hi all, I got an email from a company in SG via Monster and they asked to provide following details should I interested with their opening.
May I ask if its okay for us to provide Passport#? And for permanent address, will it be fine if I put my Malaysia home address, or it is better to state a SG address if I want to get a chance for interview?

QUOTE

Thanks in advance.

Thanks rickysim84. Even if I currently work in Malaysia, no harm to put SG address and SG phone number right?
Gonna check my SG phone number roaming charge first before putting my SG number...

i know they can work illegally, but still, i won't be advising them to work without permit because there are many cases where the employer abusing the worker beacuse he don't have a permit.

You dont need have a valid permit to be bullied by your employer. Employers are smart enough to know that some employees (especially those from "other" countries) have to pay agents to get a job in singapore and since they have to pay of their debts, they cant simply change jobs and this gives the employer a carte blanche to screw with the person as much as he/she wants.

You just dont know the underbelly of the unscrupulous singaporean employer which i have met, mainly sub-contractors who treat their workers little more then their personal b****.
