Gran Turismo™ is a largest fans based game in PS3. Currently all topic regarding GT are made in subforum playstation such as

1. All Things Gran Turismo 5
2. Official LYN Gran Turismo 5 Driver List
3. Gran Turismo 5 Memento™

As the last update of LYN GT players list, it shown more than 150 ppl is currently active and playing GT atm before the list scrap off by evohahn.

At the moment all topic regarding Technical issue, Car tuning setup, Guideline, Multiplayer, Online invitation are cram into 1 thread. The issue discuss are often left out becoz of too many topic made by the player and the thread are moving really fast.

We are also planning to organize an Official LYN GT5 Championship for all the LYN players. This will required several more thread been created to allow the organizer to organized and planning the championship smoothly since the player base are big.

Here the overview of topic regarding gt5 that will or might be created for the LYN GT player if we can have a subforum.

I hope admin and moderators can consider our request for a GT subforum as it will help us a lot in discussion about the game and organizing online play.

Under Gamers Hideout also good as long we can have a subforum . But im prefer under playstation sub forum becoz it is ps3 exclusive game

Gran turismo is well known for a playstation unique games and 1 of the most playable games in PS3. I do feel it will be nice if this games have it own subforum under the Playstation as gt5 itself specially made for ps3 fans. There will lots more thing can be discuss , question, sharing information and others thing that can benefit by the gt5 players with a subforum.

Why not if the games have big fans based and active? Forum is there for us to sharing information and discuss. When a games that have big fans based, there a more thing to discuss and 1 thread alone cannot serve it purpose.

Im requesting for a subforum not becoz i want Gran turismo to be called SPECIAL. It becoz i want us the gt players have a room to discuss without interfering with others game threads in playstation subforum. Otherwise, a non gt player will sooner or later get annoyed with all the gran turismo threads swarming the playstation subforum.

Im just requesting a room for us to better organizing the topic. I'm saying 150 player is based on the list just after the game release (with ppl that listing their name. Not to mention there are many that didnt list their psn id). If u look at the pre-order of Gt5 in garage sales, there are more than 500 orders alone for gt5 games.

Did u really take a look at current gt5 thread? 10 pages in a day? You ask question and sometimes it not even answered or been left out. People keep asking the same question when the answer is in page 55 and current page is 110? People organizing an open lobby and need to keep posting the lobby ID becoz his ID was posted in 4-5 pages behind in just 30-45 minute before? Not to mention when the GT championship started it will be more messy in playstation subforum!

You comparing gt5 with WOW. why not compare it with warcraft3? COD? Battlefield?. GT is not about GT5 alone. It about Gran Turismo series which will continues production by SONY itself. It will not die in short time. gran turismo 6 is already on the planning anyway.

Yeap. With current situation all discussion and others features are limited as the thread is too general. Trading cars, sharing track, video and tuning discussion should be in separate thread. By looking at his post i think he just want us to create new thread for each discussion topic. Will MOD allow 7 gran turismo topic in playstation subforum? i dont think so.Hence why im requesting for admin/mod consideration to allow us a small subforum inside playstation subforum.

if they feel they need a subforum they can always request it from admin.

We the gt fans think we need it to help the community for a better communication in our beloved LYN forum. We asking and hoping that they might consider our request.

There no need for you to bash and insult us. We just asking for what we think necessary. That all. In the end, it up to the admin whether to grant our request or not.

Would really want to have separate for each division in the championship and also the B-spec thread + trading thread. But i think there will be too many thread swarming the playstation. Want to buy help from admin

Opening a subforum for any games that have lots of fans n features would be good actually. If they think their games need a subforum they can always come here and spill out their reason for it. Hence more fans will come n register with lyn forum since there are lot of activities n details regarding the games discuss here.

Therefore, i dont think there will be much problem with the debate about if admin open a GT subforum will make others feel unfair. Lets make GT subforum as a start for a gamers community to make a home here hence increase the lyn forum popularity at the same time .

Others games are welcome to request theirs as long the reason is good enough to be considered by admin
