OS problem to install i7 on Intel X25-M 80GB SSD.

here below is is my current hardware i was using

proc : i7 920 D0 retail
mobo : Gigabyte EX58-UD5
ram : 2Gb OCZ Gold 1333Mhz
GC : PowerColor 5850 PCS+
HDD: WD Green 1TB
WD 320 Gb
Maxtor 160Gb
WD 320 Gb
Intel X25-M 80GB SSD
DVDRom : IDE Samsung

Problem :
i'm trying to install win i7 64bit into these computer. why is it taking so damn long to install the os into these system. taking me almost 1.5 Hour for the actual windows show up, whats the problem. before these i was using C2D 6300 system. and its quite shorter ( 30 minute i think). first i was installing into Intel X25-M 80GB SSD but the proses stuck at updating sofware on windows installation windows. so.. i install on one of mmy other normal HDD

can anyone.. sifu2 out there can help me? it's it the hardwre defect or i'm in a wrong way to install windows.. thank u. or i cannot install windows into SSD... really need help here.. rclxub.gif

but when i trie to benchmarking using the 3dmark vantage it's ok i got 17000++

Yes, alredy set the bios to AHCI but still cannot detect the hardware in installation windows.. the hardisk appere there only the normal HDD

but, when i connect the SSD into my external usb controller, it work just fine.. any idea?

thank u, but i already tri that on my 5th of 100th tried.. still cannot detect the ssd sir.. arrhhgghh...
now, i'm trying to update the firmware.. inprocess..

i aready update the latest bios f13j for my mobo n
the think is, i didn't think my ssd is faulty coz when i plug it into the usb port using the external hardik casing,, it work just fine..

or..
