Hi,

I had sent my Nokia N8 to NCC last last Thursday, 18/11/2010. I would like to know the repair status of my phone but no one picks up the phone. I sent to NCC in 1Utama. May I know is there other way to ask about the status? = =" (Really fed up with their service..)

Ok, i will try to email. I believe the Nokia wont do the 1 to 1 exchange since they say is only 5% of the units. Although I also hope that will happen.

I tried 2 days ago morning, afternoon, late afternoon, evening, night... No one will bother to pick up my phone.. Some more I called HQ today, the reception said she will pass my contact and work order # to her supervisor.. But until now, wat response also don't have.
