Teamspeak is a 3rd party program,you mean Battlefield 2 VOIP?
Currently AsiaBF2.com and PLDT have the VOIP enable.

*edited* BF2 won't let ASE launch you straight into the server,still need to use in ingame browser but use ASE to quickly find server with nice ping.

or Type "GameArena" at the server name filter to list it in the in-game browser
