Honda Civic Type-R & Hybrid Official Launch

The official launch of the new Honda Civic FD Type-R & Hybrid at Shooting Valley. It's history in the making for Honda Malaysia by bringing in two special model of the Civic 8th-generation family, the designed-for-track Civic Type-R, and the designed-for-environment-friendly Civic Hybrid. I was lucky enough to witness this grand launch and took some shots using E-1 with ZD 14-54mm F2.8-3.5 & FL50. Civic rox!

Hahaha, yeah that's my favourite (excuse) quote.

Yeah I realised that. I didn't wanna use direct flash, so I tilt the angle upward abit, but still because of limited space (distance from subject), the flash were still too harsh. Because the ceiling is too high in Level 3 Ballroom, so bounce flash didn't work for me.

One month late only.
Hahaha, some shots I got used my friend's diffuser/stofen, the rest all are half-direct flash.

Mitsubishi Lancer GT Launch

Mitsubishi had brought in the new Lancer GT 2.0 for the Malaysia market by revealing the EVO-based model in KL Convention Centre. It has a whooping 155-ps MIVEC engine, CVT transmission, RISE chasis and 18" alloy rims. I managed to cover this launch by using E-1 with ZD 14-54mm F2.8-3.5 & FL50.

Hahaha, she is camera-shy type. Kinda low profile as well.

Yeah, with only 100 units per month (import from Japan), they already had a full booking for the first 5 months. For potential buyers, you have to wait for at least 6 months to get a ride on the new Lancer.

MIFC & Putrajaya

The Malaysia International Firework Contest @ PICC. It's my first time shooting fireworks and I experienced alot during the shooting. It's a nice trip with my buddy and we even went into Putrajaya to shoot some night scenery. All shot using E-1 wtih ZD 14-54mm F2.8-3.5.

Yeah the MIFC is not really a coverage, coz I didn't pay to get in to shoot. Yeah, the smoke part is quite hard to avoid. Will try better next time!
