 Hello guys, i need help, I received the wrong dividend

uh guys, i need your input on this.

just got the edividend thingy from Lonbisc. asked my dad to check for me earlier. i'm overseas at the moment.

edit #1: Solved mine, rang up the company registrar after calling up hlebroking helpdesk. Hong Leong said my details on edividend are correct. Registrar said they banked in my dividend to my account liao and it was a printing error, and will send a new payment advice slip and ignore the old slip.

edit #2: heard a few other cases like this are happening.

hmm i see..
was looking for details of lonbisc's registrar earlier.. can't find it at all.
i guess i'll shoot an email to hlebroking's helpdesk to ask them for help.

Only 2 possible
1. Company registrar making mistake
2. Broking house register wrongly the e-dividend, aka typo mistake/crossing with others during registration into the computer system.

hongleong definitely got my details correct, just double checked with them thru the phone earlier. they said to check with the company registrars and the registrar confirmed it was printing error on their side. They said they've banked in the correct amount, just that the payment advice slips were misprinted.

i think just check that your cheque amount is correct, and confirm your edividend details with your broker.
in my case it was a registrar error. at first i was super worried since this was the first ever edividend payment i got i thought hongleong screwed up my edividend details. turns out not sweat.gif

if there's a lot of other cases like this, then need to sound them liao. our details are being passed around wrongly.

no no, it's just that the registrar made a mistake with the printing of the payment slip.
they bank in the correct amount into my bank. just that they sent me details of someone else on the payment slip.
