I think it is better for your dad or you to check with your remisier or dealer. They will be able to check for you.

I am from Penang and using HLe as well. Most of the time the dealer can solve my issue within a day. Why don't you check the dealer in your area and give them a call tomorrow ? You can check link below.

Just got my RM75 dividend from HL for my Lonbisc counter. HL charged RM2.5 for cheque clearance and i only got RM72.5 nett!

yea. it is standard for those who use HLe. Even with today e-Dividend, HL still help you to clear it. That mean, you won't receive the cheque. RM2.5 is expensive i know, but what to do since i bought the stock with HLe.

That was printing mistake. It is ok as long as you received the money. As for the slip, it is for tax declaration purpose only.
