your TV does not have full HD panel, it is a series 4 HDTV plasma, series 5 got full HD panel

screen resolution is 1365 x 768, maximum video resolution it can display is 720p

it can accept full HD signal of 1080p, converted it to 720p, and display it on the screen

i think TS is not sure about what's 1080p input.

TS, your display can accept input of up to 1080p, but it will resize it to the lower 720p for display.

You Sammy model is NOT FullHD smile.gif

Of course you can pump in a 1920x1080 signal using a Bluray or Media player...but your screen will still show HD only resolution.

Its like saying, my car can accept V power petrol, but it will not turn my car into a Ferrari...haha...actually can...just change the stickers to Ferrari laugh.gif

with that comment, any HD-ready TV can be Full-HD TV just by adding FULLHDTV sticker in front. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif
