Mine is 275k, 28th floor City View... City view very limited units. At time of booking only 3 units left.
Federal view (a bit cheaper) got around 10++ units left.

Discount only for Bumi (7%). and all non-bumi lots already sold out.

Since Jusco AEON confirmed to be built just beside Menara U2, I think all units will be sold out in no time.

The prima U1 salesman also told me Jusco back in 2008, i dont it will happen coz too many hypermarkets in shah Alam sec13 area, seeing Jusco history like Rawang they dont like to compete... Also the proposed bus port near prima U1 we are still waiting shocking.gif

Yes, i studied at MSU and there is a consideration to build a hospital there...whether its still in the MSU planning, i'm not sure...1 thing i can sure that student willing to pay rental at Persanda Apt for minimum of RM1400 for semi furnish unit and do bear in mind Persanda unit have 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom...i heard the maximum rental student will to pay is RM1800 (fully furnish)....

Only RM3k for booking and downpayment. The rest of the 10% downpayment is capitalized into loan by markup the price. In my case total price become 280k.

actually 450sqft layout in menara u2 can modify for 3 room...how much d rental for room (fully furnish) student will pay? for comfort & high end facilities, we talking about some student (polytechnic, ptpl, msu) with different level family background... biggrin.gif

my unit also 28th floor but federal hghwy view or ArtE view tongue.gif ...already sign SPA & now waiting loan agreement copy for purchaser from lawyer...lawyer inform developer not yet issue to bank the progressive billing so they not drawdown loan from bank.... blush.gif

for fully furnish (got TV, sofa, dining table, washing machine & fridge), student dont mind to pay maximum RM250/head...but like u said, its depend on the family background...some student willing to pay RM200/head just enough to have the basic amenities such washing machine & fridge because some student dont care about sofa tv dining table so on...

Basically i think the rental should be around 1500 rm to 1800 rm ..with this rental i am not sure how many can afford ..?
