 How to overclock ATI HD5430 ?, any clocking sftwre can solve this prob?

i juz bought hp compaq cq42-188tx last 4month..
intel i3 m330 2.13 GHz...ati hd 5430 512mb..
the prob is i cant find clocking softwre that can use for this gc..
anyone hve the solution??? rclxub.gif
i wanna play more smooth dirt2 without set the ultra low graphic... wink.gif

the result still same.....i cant ovrclock this gc..it has original 500 core clock and 800 memory clock ..
i think this gc has reach the maximum clock and i cant ovrclocking it.. cry.gif

it can slide but when i click apply button the slide will back to original clock....

get GPUTool from TechPowerUp...

u can't juz simply overclock a mobile GPU with conventional mehods...

I dont recommend you to overclock your laptop because of heat problems. Unless you have an extra cooling system for your laptop, then you can go ahead and try.

Also, if you're simple user and doesn't want to go through all the trouble, then don't bother asking for an easier way, and DON'T bother overclocking your GPU.

now that's funny, cuz i ve no problem using GPUTool on my Mobility Radeon HD4650...

u using the latest driver?

OC a laptop Gpu?

Sure,you'll get few extra fps if you managed to overclock it,but its not recommended because it'll get hot and you cant upgrade the cooler like on pc,and its most likely to fail within 5 years or less,like what happened to my 8600M GT
