Nascar in GT5 is wonderful if you played it with a steering wheel

This is my outline for LYN GT5 Championship, continuing the tradition of GT4 LYN time attack! championship. Hope the mods will consider to allow me to create another thread for this.

*** THE PROPOSAL ***

There will be two championship :

1. Super GT - 600HP, Driving Assist off
2. GT - 400 HP, Driving Assist on

The schedule :

1 race every two weeks.

The implementation :

For this to work, we'll need many people who are willing to host a session. Each session must involved minimum 5 people to be awarded points, maximum is 16 drivers. The race will be held at any time during the 2 week period - this one is up to the host.

The points :

Using MotoGP points

1st - 25
2nd - 20
3rd - 16
4th - 13
5th - 11
6th - 10
7th - 9
8th - 8
9th - 7
10th - 6
11th - 5
12th - 4
13th - 3
14th - 2
15th & 16th - 1

But it wouldnt be fair if a race only involved 5 racers right? here's my solution, to introduce LYN GT5 RATIO POINTS SYSTEM tm.

Let say the race involved 5 people :

so the final point for 1st place is = 25 x 5/16 = 7.8 points and 2nd place = 20 x 5/16 = 6.3 points.

In order to get the full 25 points, the race must have 16 racers in it. I know its not perfect, unless you guys have a better suggestion.

The other problem is reporting - The only solution i have right now is for the host to capture the race result and post it here.

First you have to understand, not all people here have a same friend list. Here's an example : you are not in my friend list, so you cant race against me.
Two, if you afraid racing against the so called pro player, the you find another person who are on your friend list that is hosting a game.
Three, if you wanna improve, you gotta race against the best - slowly you'll improved.

Your solution to multiple league :

1. There'll be lots of thread for it. Will the mods allowed it ? I dont think so. The LYN GT5 list was at 140 plus before i stopped updating it - Can you imagine 150 people creating 150 threads?
2. Isn't the idea is to bring as many a people into ONE league. Where's the fun when "evoHahn's GT5 league" only have 5 same people in it until the end of the season?

Why unfair ? MSR ( Malaysian Sim Racers - check us out) has done 11 consecutive season over 4 years (Season 12 starts next month). In our league, we always use same specs car - but you still can see the same group of driver dominating our league. Why? Here's why - They practice every nite - minimum 2 hours. Thats why they are fast.
Madnoren almost reaching lvl 20 in A-spec, thats why I'm not susprised why he's fast.

Second example - maranello55 (here's a forumer here with Senna as his avatar). When he joined us, he's just a middle pack driver. Now he's 6-times MSR champion.

Here's an example (a brief one) how my idea works.

Let say there 5 people signed for the league : A,B,C,D, E

A friendlist : B,C,D
B friendlist : A,C,D,E
C friendlist : A,B
D friendlist : A,B,C,E
E friendlist : B,C,D

For week one, A and B volunteered to host the game. Since E is not A's friend list, so he'll has to join B's session.

So in A's session - A,C,D and in B's session - B,E.

Result in A race as follows : C,A,D and Result in B : E,B. So using our ratios (*/5, since my example only involve 5 people) The points are :

A's session : C(15 pts), A (12 pts), D (9.6 pts) and in B's session : E (10 pts), B(8 pts)

The league standing after week 1 :

1- C - 15
2 - A - 12
3 - E - 10
4 - D - 9.6
5 - B - 8

The one that they are doin is Time Attack mode, just like I did when created GT4 LYN Attack competition. What we are proposing now is league where we race each other

Hosting in GT5 is not based on host's internet speed. All done thru Sony's server.

This a brief aka short example how my idea work. (Jenuh lah aku nak buat contoh guna 50 player)

Thats why i said that the minimum of each session consist of 5.

So if only 5 driver take part in one session they only get 5/16 = 0.3125 points compared to 16 drivers; 16/16 = 1 point

You based you comment if that no. 1 driver ALWAYS win. even in my session online last nite pun not all won by Madnoren. Neoardi won a couple, zuljag pun won a couple.
