I'm not pro in GT5 and very noob... but read it on the net:

Best ways to avoid oversteer with tuning in general:

1. More brake bias toward rear of car. (more in rear, less in front)
2. Decrease front shock compression (bump), and increase rear extension (rebound).
3. Smaller front sway bar, larger rear
4. Weaker front springs, stronger rears

You can also work with tunable LSD's and torque split on 4wd cars, but the above will get you started.

I'm race using stealth car in Daytona Racing Track(forgot the exact name)..during speeding, accidentally hit the curb. (which I thought is a straight line..feel sleepy when your car is fast & AI is almost 20s behind.)
